The most useful inquiry includes application, target hardness or performance value, processing method, substrate or contact media, compliance region, annual demand and qualification timing. Kraton can then respond with a structured material path rather than a broad product list.

If the project involves substitution from an incumbent rubber, TPE, resin or adhesive system, include the current grade, known failure mode, customer approval status and any process limit that the plant cannot change. If the request is exploratory, describe the business driver: durability improvement, scrap reduction, regulatory update, supply continuity, downgauging, sustainability target or packaging line stability.

Kraton does not treat a short keyword such as rubber, resin or polymer as enough detail for recommendation. The team needs the engineering conditions behind the word so the response can address real qualification risk.
